These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the streaming services provided by Flixfox to its Indian consumers, including the Flixfox Android mobile app and Android TV app features. By downloading, installing, or using any Flixfox service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions, understand them and agree to be bound by them as well as the applicable laws of India including but not limited to the Information Technology Act 2000; The Copyright Act 1957; The Consumer Protection Act 2019. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use Flixfox and delete the software from your devices immediately.

You may only use Flixfox services for private, non-commercial and non-transferable purposes. This enables you to enjoy viewing content (regional & Bollywood films, live TV, and more) on your own schedule.
You may not:
Publicize, share or make the service available for group or public use without Flixfox’s express written permission
Distribute, reproduce, modify, transmit, reuse or repurpose any Flixfox content without the written consent of Flixfox or the relevant copyright owner
All content on the platform is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, as well as legal action for damages under Indian jurisdiction.

You agree to use Flixfox reasonably and legally. You may not engage in the following activities:
Downloading or sharing illegal, defamatory, offensive or discriminatory content (including hate speech and obscenity prohibited under Indian law)
Facilitating malware distribution, phishing or fraud
Bypassing geographical restrictions to access content not authorized for viewing in India
Using modified, pirated versions of the app to bypass security measures or unlock premium features without authorization
Flixfox reserves the right to monitor user information and activity in compliance with Indian privacy laws. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice or liability, if we suspect any violation of these Terms.

Flixfox provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to deliver flawless HD streaming, technical errors, outages and service disruptions may occur.
Flixfox shall not be liable for:
Third-party content or services integrated into the app
Device incompatibility (including Android devices running versions below 7.0)
Service outages, missing content (e.g., unavailable TV shows or channels)
Direct or indirect damages arising from your attempt to access the service or its features
Modification, suspension or discontinuance of any service feature at any time. No refunds shall be issued for modified, suspended or discontinued features.

These Terms may be updated occasionally to reflect operational needs and legal requirements. For material changes, we will notify users via an in-app pop-up. The revised Terms will also be posted in the Settings > Legal section of the app with a clear revision date.
Your continued use of Flixfox 30 days after the Terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with the changes, please discontinue using the service.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Flixfox’s country of establishment.
